Guilt Free Chocolate Mug Cake


Why can't a girl have her cake and eat it too?


- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Tbs sugar free chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 Tbs Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbs Oat Flour (dry oats blended till a fine powder

Blend ingredients together and pour into a microwave safe mug. Microwave for 45 sec (or longer depending on your microwave) cake should look done and spongey.

Optional Toppings: fat free whip cream, sugar free chocolate syrup or sugar free preserves.

Note: Shakeology works well as a protein powder substitute
